How do I begin my training?

You can begin by either contacting  us using the "Contact Us" section of our web page or by coming by our location and speaking with a member of our staff, who will be able to provide you with more information concerning our school and speak with you concerning what type of training you are seeking. Also, we allow you to attend our school free for one week; thus allowing you to see our school will meet with your expectations.

Where can I find your school?

Our training center is co-located in the Fitness For Everybody Gym, 109 North East Hughes Street, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Many of our students are also members of this gym, which provides them with other fitness programs for themselves and their family members.

Are women and children welcome to train at your school?

Yes, we encourage women and children to train in the martial arts in order to better protect themselves and their loved ones.  We ask that children be at least 12 years of age, but this age limit may be waived, depending on circumstances. Also, we strive to ensure that our female students are trained in the tactics and techniques they will need to defend themselves as well as, if not better, than their male counterparts.  Our academy also has the privilege of providing instruction and training for the women's self defense seminars and the Stranger Danger programs that are sponsored throughout the year by the Okaloosa County Sherriff's Department.
