Our training center is co-located in the
Fitness For Everybody Gym, 109 North East Hughes Street, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Many of our students are
also members of this gym, which provides them with other fitness programs for
themselves and their family members.
Are women and children welcome to train at your school?
Yes, we encourage women and children to train in the martial arts in order to better
protect themselves and their loved ones. We ask that children be at least
12 years of age, but this age limit may be waived, depending on circumstances.
Also, we strive to ensure that our female
students are trained in the tactics and techniques they will need to defend
themselves as well as, if not better, than their male counterparts. Our academy
also has the privilege of providing instruction and training for the
women's self defense seminars and the Stranger Danger programs that are sponsored throughout the year by the
Okaloosa County Sherriff's Department.
Master Jr. Cobb is in charge of the Martial Arts Academy of Fort Walton
Beach. He has been training in the martial arts for over 21 years. You can
learn more
about Master Cobb and his qualifications in the "About Us" section
of our web page
Our academy prides itself on helping individual develop their mind, body and
spirit, while learning how to defend themselves with traditional and modern self
defense tactics and techniques.
Classes are offered Monday through Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m.
to 8:30 p.m.
